How to read the evidence in this guide

The label shows what kind of backing a statement has. Not all clues carry the same weight, and no label replaces your own checking.

Official

Wallapop documents the publishing flow, fields and operational rules, which may change over time.

Example in this guide: checking the current help for publishing and for keeping the transaction within the official flow.
Community signal

Repeated experiences of sellers and buyers help detect friction, doubts and real-world language; they do not prove how the algorithm works.

Example: photos taken from the internet or heavily retouched ones create distrust among part of the community.
Barguvo criterion

Barguvo turns facts, comparables and gaps into an explainable recommendation, without attributing it to Wallapop.

Example: separating the listed price, a real comparable and pending costs before setting a price.
Unverified

Rumours or isolated experiences that may deserve testing but do not yet have enough backing.

Example: “deleting and re-uploading always improves reach”. A clue, not a conclusion.

BEFORE THE LISTING

Preparing the product and its evidence

When you finish you will have: a master sheet and an explicit list of what still needs to be confirmed.

A solid listing starts before you open the form. Gather the information someone would need to assess the item without having it in front of them yet.

Check Known To be confirmed Not applicable
Exact model and variant ☐ ☐ ☐
Measurements, size, capacity or relevant specification ☐ ☐ ☐
Actual condition and signs of use ☐ ☐ ☐
Knocks, faults, repairs or replaced parts ☐ ☐ ☐
Accessories and items included ☐ ☐ ☐
Invoice, label, serial number or other useful proof ☐ ☐ ☐
Handover or shipping method you can deliver on ☐ ☐ ☐

Do not fill in a detail on instinct. If you do not know a characteristic, confirm it or mark it as pending. That distinction stops an assumption from ending up as a false claim.

Create a master sheet before the listing

You can prepare a private note with four blocks: exact identity, condition, contents of the lot and handover terms. That sheet will be the reference for the title, the description, the photos and later replies.

  • Identity: brand, model, version, size, capacity, colour and reference, only when they have been checked.
  • Condition: what works, what you have not tested, what has been repaired and what wear exists.
  • Contents: main item, accessories included and items that appear in the photos but are not handed over.
  • Terms: in-person handover or applicable shipping, packaging needed and pending information.

The sheet prevents contradictions. If the title says “128 GB”, the description says “256 GB” and the photo does not allow it to be checked, the interested person will have to stop and resolve an inconsistency you could have removed before publishing.

For higher-value products, gather the evidence you actually have: invoice, label, serial number, reference, photographs of details or relevant documentation. Hide addresses, phone numbers, full codes and any personal data the other person does not need.

Before publishing, also review Wallapop’s Prohibited Listings Policy. The list may change, so it is worth checking the current version instead of relying on an old summary.

Still not clear what information is missing? Barguvo can help you separate known data, pending data and checks before you modify the listing.

PUBLISHING

Uploading the product step by step

When you finish you will have: a publishing flow you can review even if the interface changes.

The interface may change, but the official help for uploading a product currently organises publishing around these elements:

Five-step flow for preparing a verifiable listing
Prepare, photograph, explain, give context and review before publishing.
  1. Title and category. Identify the product precisely and select the category it really belongs to.
  2. Photographs. Upload your own images, consistent with the actual condition. Upload the photographs needed to document the product without repeating images, and check the limit the current interface shows when you publish.
  3. Description. Explain what you are selling, what it includes, its condition, its defects and any relevant terms.
  4. Measurements or specific data. Fill them in when the category asks for them.
  5. Condition and brand. Select values that match the item, not the ones that look most attractive.
  6. Tags. Use only terms related to the product. Repeating words or adding unrelated brands does not improve the quality of the listing.
  7. Price. Enter an amount consistent with the model, variant, condition and accessories.
  8. Handover or shipping. Only enable options you can deliver on and check the weight or applicable conditions.
  9. Final review. Check the listing as if you were the buyer: which important questions are still unanswered?
Official

The Wallapop help for uploading a product, as currently consulted, adds several details worth checking in the interface itself: it can fill in the description automatically, lets you add measurements, condition, brand and hashtags, asks for a weight band if you enable shipping and requires a location to be set in order to sell. The flow may change, so the current interface takes precedence over any old screenshot.

If Wallapop or an AI suggests the text, it is still your listing

A pre-filled description saves time, but it does not make its data true. Before continuing, check the model, variant, capacity or size, condition, accessories, repairs, defects and any specification that might have been inferred from a photo. If you cannot prove a detail, delete it, correct it or turn it into a pending note.

Barguvo criterion: treat any automatic text as a draft, not as a source. The practical editorial responsibility is simple: the final listing must match the unit you will hand over.

We do not publish exact character limits for the title or description here because the verified official sources do not confirm them. Follow the counter or limit the current interface shows.

C

VERIFIABLE LISTING

Photos, text and price must tell the same story

When you finish you will have: photos, title, description and price consistent with the same actual unit.

A good listing is not one that turns a used item into something that looks perfect. It is one that lets people quickly understand what it is, what condition it is in and what still needs checking.

Take your own clear, faithful photos

Wallapop recommends using several photographs, taken from different angles, that represent the product faithfully and show its defects. It also states that they should be your own images, not downloaded from the internet. You can consult its official steps for selling.

Try to include:

  • an easily recognisable overall view;
  • sides, back and areas of contact or wear;
  • close-ups of knocks, stains, cracks or repairs;
  • labels, model, size or reference when they provide evidence;
  • included accessories, arranged so they do not look like part of the lot if they are not;
  • a scale reference when the size could cause doubts.

A simple sequence helps the images tell the same story as the text:

  1. cover photo with the complete product;
  2. front and back view;
  3. sides, base or resting areas;
  4. detail of the model, size or reference;
  5. operation or screen switched on, when it can be shown without hiding faults;
  6. all visible defects;
  7. included accessories;
  8. packaging or dimensions, if they affect the handover.

Adapt the evidence to the item. For clothing, the label, size, fabric and wear matter; for electronics, the model, ports, screen, battery or tested functions; for furniture, measurements, corners and stability; for collectibles, edition, marks and condition. You do not need to fill all ten slots: each photograph should resolve a specific doubt.

Sequence of eight possible photographs to show the condition of the product
Each image should resolve a specific doubt; there is no need to reach the maximum.

You can improve the light, framing or background as long as the image still represents the actual item.

Barguvo rule: AI can improve the presentation, but never modify the apparent condition, the identity or the actual characteristics of the product. It must preserve existing defects, wear, labels, materials, geometry, colour and accessories.

Barguvo contract for improving photographs with AI without falsifying the product

If you need to prepare the full sequence by category —cover photo, angles, defects, labels, serial numbers and the limits of AI editing— see the dedicated guide on photos for selling on Wallapop. Here we keep only the essentials so that the main listing is consistent.

Write a descriptive, precise title

There is no need to stuff the title with words. Prioritise the details that distinguish the item:

Product or model + relevant variant + useful, true attribute

Structure examples:

  • De'Longhi Dedica EC685 coffee machine, used and working
  • iPhone 13 128 GB blue, battery and condition described
  • Patagonia jacket size M, with visible wear

Avoid high-pressure capitals, brands that do not apply, “new” if it has been used or “perfect” when there are signs of wear.

Weak title Problem More precise alternative
Phone like new URGENT Does not identify the version or justify the condition. Samsung Galaxy S22 128 GB, used, with visible marks
Amazing cheap jacket Adjectives without buying information. Columbia waterproof jacket size L, used
Vintage table Missing measurements, material and condition. Wooden side table 60 × 40 cm, with wear
Professional camera “Professional” is ambiguous. Sony A6400 body, used, battery included

The title should help people recognise the product. Details, terms and nuances belong in the description.

Write a complete, verifiable description

A useful description can follow this order:

  1. exact product and variant;
  2. current condition and use, only when you know it;
  3. defects, repairs or replaced parts;
  4. accessories included and excluded;
  5. invoice, label or other available proof, without publishing personal data;
  6. applicable handover or shipping;
  7. information you have not yet been able to confirm.

Illustrative editorial example

Insufficient description:

Coffee machine in good condition. Works well. Selling because I don’t use it.

More verifiable version:

Used De'Longhi Dedica EC685 coffee machine. Makes coffee and steam correctly in the test carried out before publishing. It has visible scratches on the drip tray and a mark on the side, shown in the photos. Includes portafilter and two filters; does not include the original box. Handover can be in person. I have not kept the invoice.

This example is fictitious and only demonstrates structure. It does not represent a real listing or promise better results.

Not all categories need the same description. You can adapt the structure:

  • Electronics: model, capacity/configuration, tested functions, battery when there is reliable data, repairs, locks and accessories.
  • Clothing and footwear: brand, label size, useful measurements, material, fit only as an impression, stains, wear and alterations.
  • Home and appliances: measurements, power or reference, tested operation, noise or defects, parts included and transport needs.
  • Collectibles: edition or reference, authenticity only when you can prove it, state of preservation, missing parts and damage to the packaging.
  • Sport and mobility: size or geometry, components, use, known maintenance, knocks and checks the person will need to carry out in person or with a professional.

Avoid copying a manufacturer’s spec sheet without reviewing it. It may correspond to another variant and it does not explain the condition of your unit either. The description should separate verified specifications, the seller’s observations and information that is still unknown.

If you use AI-generated text, review it sentence by sentence. Wallapop’s own help states that a generated description must be checked and edited before publishing. Responsibility for it matching the product remains with the seller.

The same listing, before and after making it verifiable

Before → after · The improvement does not dress up the item: it reduces ambiguity.
ElementBeforeVerifiable versionWhat improves
Cover photoCatalogue photoOwn photo of the complete itemMakes the actual unit recognisable.
Title“Perfect camera URGENT”“Sony A6400 body, used, battery included”Identifies the product, condition and what is included.
Condition“Like new”“Visible scratch on the side; ports tested”Replaces adjectives with observations.
IncludedInferred from the photo“Battery included; charger not included”Avoids assuming accessories.
PriceIsolated numberCompared with the same variant and conditionGives context without promising a sale.
Barguvo criterion

The useful improvement is not about making the product look better than it is. It is about making photo, title, description, included items and price describe the same actual unit.

Set the price with context, not false precision

Wallapop advises comparing similar products to set a realistic, competitive price. Compare with equivalent items in terms of:

  • model and variant;
  • capacity, size or configuration;
  • condition and defects;
  • repairs or replaced parts;
  • included accessories;
  • location, when it affects handover or demand.

A listed price does not prove that the item sold for that amount. Use it as a reference, not as proof of a closed market sale. If the comparables are very different or important data is missing, work with a range and explain the uncertainty.

Practical method for comparing prices

  1. Define the exact unit. Write down the model, variant, capacity/size and condition. If you cannot identify it, the range will be less reliable.
  2. Gather close comparables. Look for items that match on the important variables, not simply on the brand.
  3. Discard unexplained extremes. An exceptionally high or low price may hide another version, damage, accessories, urgency or an unreliable listing.
  4. Adjust for verifiable differences. Separate the effect of condition, accessories, repairs, documentation or handover. Do not invent a universal percentage for each factor.
  5. Distinguish three figures. Listed price, contextual range and personal limit. They do not have to be the same.
  6. Record the uncertainty. If confirmed sales are missing or the listings are not equivalent, say so and avoid presenting a single number as the truth.
Comparable Matches model/variant Comparable condition Includes the same Usefulness
A Yes Yes Yes Strong reference
B Yes No Yes Adjust for condition
C Yes Yes No Adjust for accessories
D No — — Do not use as the main reference

A low price does not on its own prove that the listing is fraudulent, and a high one does not prove quality either. Price is a piece of context that must be read together with condition, evidence, pending information and terms.

Difference between listed price, contextual range and personal limit
The listed price is a reference; it does not confirm what a sale actually closed for.

Do you already have photos, text and price?
Review consistency and pending data before publishing.

D

IF IT IS NOT MOVING

Diagnose before paying for visibility

When you finish you will have: hypotheses ordered by symptom without inventing a cause.

A listing that is not moving does not on its own prove that the price is wrong. Review these causes in order:

  1. Category and data. Are the model, variant and condition correctly selected?
  2. First impression. Does the first photo identify the product and do the others prove its condition?
  3. Information. Does the description answer what it is, what it includes, what defects it has and how it is handed over?
  4. Comparable price. Have you compared it with the same version or with items that only look superficially similar?
  5. Pending data. Are measurements, capacity, accessories, documentation or relevant evidence missing?
  6. Upkeep. Is the listing still available and up to date?
  7. Demand. Could it be an item with little interest or seasonal demand? Treat it as a hypothesis until you have evidence.

Wallapop lets you edit photos, title and description, although there are restrictions during a sale in progress. Update the existing listing when appropriate: the official policy does not allow the same product to be published several times or the same listing to be reused to duplicate it.

Featured listings (destacados) are a paid visibility option. According to the official help on featured listings, their price and duration may vary by product, demand and area. Consider that option after fixing problems with the listing; paying for visibility does not guarantee a sale.

What comes up repeatedly among users and deserves checking

Community signal

Public conversations between buyers and sellers do not reveal the algorithm, but they do help detect friction worth reviewing. Doubts keep coming up about listings with little information, contacts that go nowhere, changes in visibility and problems with keeping outdated listings live.

  • Many identical questions: may indicate that an important answer is missing or too hidden.
  • Views without conversations: first review clarity, proof of condition, comparables and terms before assuming that “the algorithm” is working against you.
  • Conversations that go cold: check whether handover, included items, a specific piece of proof or a clear negotiation limit is missing.
  • Little interest despite a complete listing: consider demand, season, saturation and price as hypotheses, not as a proven cause.

An OCU survey on second-hand buying and selling adds context: the seller’s ratings are something more than half of the buyers surveyed look at. That does not mean a good rating guarantees a sale, but it does confirm that the listing is not assessed in isolation from the profile.

Visibility tricks: interesting, but do not turn them into facts

Tips circulate in the community about editing, deleting, republishing, posting at certain times or uploading a specific number of photos. The problem is not talking about them; the problem is presenting them as proven rules without evidence.

“Editing the listing every week recovers reach”UnverifiedSome users say they have noticed it and others say in 2026 that it stopped working. If you test a change, do not automatically attribute any later increase to that change.
“Deleting and republishing always ranks better”UnverifiedThere is no official basis here to promise it, and Wallapop prohibits duplicate listings. Prioritise editing the existing listing when appropriate.
“Uploading the maximum number of photos improves ranking”UnverifiedUse the images needed to resolve doubts. A repeated photograph only adds visual length.
“Changing several things at once speeds up the sale”Barguvo criterionIf you change the cover photo, title, price and handover all at once, you lose the ability to diagnose. Fix objective faults first and observe which doubt changes.

Unverified = a clue, not a conclusion. If a supposed trick contradicts the platform’s rules or requires creating duplicates, do not turn it into an operational recommendation.

Diagnosis by symptom

Observed symptom Hypothesis worth reviewing Check Reasonable change
Almost nobody opens the listing Unclear cover photo, title or category Compare how it appears next to equivalent items Improve the cover photo/title or correct the category
It gets views, but few questions Data is missing or the price has no context Note down doubts the listing does not answer Complete evidence, defects, included items and price
People always ask the same thing Important information hidden or missing Review repeated messages Move that answer into the photos or description
People ask for a lot of additional proof The images do not prove condition or identity Compare the master sheet with the photos Add real details and declare pending items
There are conversations, but they do not progress Terms, price or trust insufficient Review where each conversation stalls Clarify handover, included items, limits and evidence

Do not change the cover photo, title, description, price and handover at the same time if you want to understand what was wrong. Start with objective errors, keep a note of what you changed and then observe whether new doubts appear. Do not attribute an improvement to a single change without sufficient data.

Diagnosis by symptom for reviewing a listing that is not moving
The symptom points to a check; it does not prove a cause.

Before changing everything at once, analyse the listing with Barguvo. That way you can distinguish missing information, price, evidence and pending decisions.

E

AVOIDABLE MISTAKES

Common mistakes when selling

When you finish you will have: a list of mistakes you can correct before they damage trust or traceability.

  1. Hiding defects to get the first message. The problem resurfaces when people ask, at handover or in a dispute.
  2. Using catalogue photos as proof of the item. They explain the model, but not the condition of your unit.
  3. Calling something used “new”. Describe facts: opened, tested, used or unworn, as applicable and as you can prove.
  4. Copying specifications from another variant. Check capacity, size, year, reference and accessories.
  5. Publishing an isolated price. Explain which variables support your range and what information is missing.
  6. Confusing visible accessories with included accessories. List explicitly what is handed over.
  7. Duplicating the product to recover visibility. Edit and maintain the listing in line with the current policy.
  8. Promising shipping you have not prepared. Check weight, size, packaging and current conditions before enabling it.
  9. Taking the transaction off the platform. Keep the conversation and process within the official flow.
  10. Assuming that few views means a bad price. First review the category, cover photo, title, information and demand.

The listing also communicates who is selling

Trust does not depend only on the text. Wallapop’s Community Guidelines recommend keeping listings up to date, being honest and accurate in the description and price, adding proof of authenticity when possible and marking the item as reserved or sold when appropriate.

Up-to-date catalogue

Remove or mark as sold what you no longer have. You avoid conversations about items that do not exist.

Consistent answers

If a message provides new information about a defect, accessory or handover, update the listing too.

Proportionate evidence

For higher-value items, a label, invoice, reference or serial number can provide context. Do not publish unnecessary personal data.

Ratings in context

A good rating helps form an impression, but it does not make a specific transaction safe or replace reviewing the product.

Official

Wallapop asks for listings to be kept up to date and for sellers to be honest and accurate. In its selling help it also recommends proof of authenticity for high-end products when available.

F

SAFE CONVERSATION

Messages, offers and safety

When you finish you will have: clear answers and limits that keep the transaction verifiable.

Keep the conversation, payment and shipping process within Wallapop. Its safety guide recommends not sharing personal data or continuing via external links, WhatsApp or email to complete the transaction.

If someone asks you to leave the platform, open a link or use an external payment:

  • do not follow the link;
  • do not share codes, bank details or documents;
  • go back to the platform chat and check the official help;
  • stop the transaction if you cannot verify the process.

These measures reduce exposure to external flows, but they cannot guarantee that a transaction is safe. Barguvo can help you organise signals and questions; it does not certify identities, authenticity or the absence of fraud.

The Community Guidelines also call for honest, up-to-date listings, proof of authenticity where possible and respectful negotiation. Barguvo can prepare context, arguments and limits, but it does not send, accept or cancel offers for you.

You can prepare short replies that keep the information within the listing and the platform:

  • Availability: Yes, it is still available. The condition and what is included are detailed in the listing; tell me which specific detail you want to check.
  • Defect: The mark appears in photos 5 and 6. It does not affect the test described in the description, but I cannot vouch for functions I have not checked.
  • Additional proof: I can add my own photo of that area without showing personal data. I will upload it to the listing so the information stays linked to the product.

Do not use templates to pressure people, create fictitious buyers or hide uncertainty. If a reply changes what was advertised, update the listing too.

If the conversation has already reached the price stage, go to how to make an offer and negotiate on Wallapop. If external links, off-platform payments or strange signals appear, use how to avoid scams and, to assess a specific listing, how to check whether a listing looks fake. SELL does not duplicate those specialised checks.

CLOSING

Update, pack and document

When you finish you will have: a documented close and packaging consistent with what was sold.

When the item is reserved or sold, update its status so you stop receiving unnecessary contacts. If you use shipping:

  • follow the current instructions that appear in the transaction;
  • review the current help for selling with Wallapop Envíos;
  • use packaging suited to the weight, size and fragility;
  • keep useful evidence of the condition and the packaging;
  • check the current time limits directly on the platform.

The returns policy explains that, when reviewing a dispute, the title, description, photos and additional information provided may be taken into account. That is why the listing must match what is delivered from the start.

Before closing the parcel, photograph the item and the accessories that will be sent, protect fragile areas, avoid gaps that allow movement and use packaging suited to the weight and shape. These images document the process, but they do not replace the official conditions or guarantee the outcome of the transport.

What happens after selling with shipping

1 · ReviewProduct, accessories, weight and listing data must match.
2 · PackInclude the packaging when calculating the weight and follow the current instructions.
3 · TrackCheck the tracking from the transaction and keep useful evidence.
4 · Wait for reviewOnce delivery is confirmed, the buyer currently has 48 hours to check the product.
Official

Wallapop’s help on when payment is received, consulted in August 2026, states that, once delivery is confirmed, the buyer has 48 hours to check that the product matches what was agreed. If they do not make a claim or they mark “Todo OK” (All OK), the amount goes to the seller’s wallet. Always check the current help, because flows can change.

If you notice that the weight in the listing is lower than the real one, do not improvise at the drop-off point: Wallapop states that the packaging counts towards the weight and that a parcel outside the band may not be accepted. Correct the data through the official flow before generating a new shipment.

To understand how much shipping adds to the purchase cost and why it can vary, see shipping costs on Wallapop.

If you sell several items: prepare your catalogue for bundles

Wallapop allows a buyer to group several compatible products from the same seller into a single purchase. The official help on bundles, updated in March 2026, stresses keeping the catalogue up to date, enabling shipping when appropriate and choosing the correct weight for each item; all the products in the bundle end up in a single parcel within the applicable limits.

  • upload each product separately and describe exactly what it includes;
  • mark or remove what is no longer available;
  • check the weight band of each listing, not just the final weight of the bundle;
  • before accepting, confirm that you still have all the items included.

Not all categories or modes are compatible with bundles, so the interface and the current official help must take precedence over any summary.

When you are done, mark the listing as reserved or sold when appropriate. Keeping outdated listings live generates unnecessary contacts and reduces clarity for everyone involved.

H

BARGUVO

What Barguvo can offer the seller

When you finish you will have: a review that separates facts, pending items, comparables and decisions.

Barguvo acts before you make a decision or continue a transaction. It can help you to:

  • separate known information from pending data;
  • check whether the listing explains the product, condition, defects and included items;
  • identify which photographs or evidence are missing;
  • put the price in context using comparables, without guaranteeing a valuation;
  • prepare improvements, questions and negotiation limits.

Barguvo does not buy, sell, publish, reserve, collect payment or negotiate for you. The decision and the transaction remain in your hands and on the original platform.

Example of a review with Barguvo

Imagine a camera listed with three photos, “works perfectly” and an unexplained price. A useful review should not automatically answer “publish” or “lower the price”. It would first separate:

  • Known: visible model, used body, battery included and listed price.
  • Pending: shutter count, sensor condition, port functionality, charger, knocks not photographed and provenance.
  • Inconsistency: “perfect” is not backed by any described evidence.
  • Comparables needed: same camera, similar condition and equivalent contents.
  • Seller action: complete the evidence, replace the adjective with facts, add photos and review the range.

The result is not an authenticity verdict or a price order. It is a list of information, evidence and decisions that the seller can turn into a more verifiable listing.

Barguvo criterion

The guide does not try to maximise clicks at any cost. It prioritises photos, description, condition and price describing the same actual unit, and any pending data remaining visible as pending.

A useful review separates four things

Official

The platform asks for your own photos, a detailed description and an up-to-date listing.

Community signal

Repeated questions and distrust of unrepresentative photos point to friction worth reviewing.

Barguvo criterion

If a doubt keeps coming up, move the answer into the listing and check the consistency between photo, text and price again.

Unverified

A change in views after editing does not on its own prove how the ranking works.

Barguvo guides; it does not carry out the transaction.
Publishing, conversation and sale remain on the original platform.

FAQ

How do you publish a product on Wallapop?

Prepare the information and photos, start a new listing, fill in the title, category, description, condition, price and applicable options, and check that everything matches the product before publishing. Consult the official help if the interface or fields change.

How many photos can I upload?

The image limit may change. Use the ones needed to document identity, condition, defects and accessories without repeating content, and check the limit shown in the interface before publishing.

Which photos help assess the product best?

An overall view, several angles, details of wear and defects, labels or references, and all included accessories. They should be your own photos and faithful to the actual condition.

What should the description include?

Model or variant, condition, defects and repairs, included items, available evidence, handover or shipping method and pending information. Do not include data you have not confirmed.

How do I choose the selling price?

Compare equivalent items by model, variant, condition and accessories. Use a range when the comparables differ or information is missing. The price listed in another listing is not necessarily the same as a closed sale.

Why is my listing not selling?

Information may be missing, the photographs may not prove the condition, the category or variant may be wrong, the price may be compared with different items or demand may be limited. Diagnose each element before paying for visibility.

Can I duplicate the listing?

You should not publish the same product repeatedly. Update the existing listing when appropriate and consult the current policy if in doubt.

Can I edit it after publishing it?

Yes, Wallapop lets you change photos, title and description, but there are restrictions when a sale is in progress. Check the current help before changing an active transaction.

Is it worth paying to feature the listing?

It can provide visibility, but price, duration and reach vary and it does not guarantee a sale. First fix the photos, information, category and contextual price.

Should I hide small defects so as not to lose buyers?

No. Show them and describe them proportionately. Hiding a mark may get you a first conversation, but it creates a discrepancy between the listing and the product.

Can I use an AI-generated description?

Yes, as a draft to be reviewed. You must check each detail, remove invented features and make sure that the condition, defects, included items and terms match your item.

What do I do if I do not know a characteristic?

Confirm it with a source or mark it as pending. Do not copy the detail from a similar model or fill it in on instinct.

How many times should I edit the listing?

There is no universal number. Fix objective errors first and avoid changing every element at once if you want to understand which doubts or problems persist.

Can Barguvo publish or sell for me?

No. Barguvo analyses information, pending items, price and context to help you decide. Publishing, conversation and the transaction continue on the original platform.

Should I trust the description that Wallapop fills in automatically?

Not without reviewing it. Wallapop’s help states that it can fill in the description and that you must review and edit it. Check the model, variant, condition, accessories and defects before publishing; automatic text is a draft, not proof.

Does editing or republishing help recover visibility?

We do not treat it as a confirmed rule. User experiences are contradictory and Wallapop’s policy prohibits duplicate listings. First fix objective problems with the listing and, if you make changes, avoid attributing any variation in views to a single cause without evidence.

What should I look after in my seller profile?

Keep listings available and up to date, mark them reserved or sold when appropriate, reply with consistent information and add proof of authenticity when relevant. Ratings provide context, but they do not guarantee a specific transaction.

When do I get paid for a sale with Wallapop Envíos?

According to the help consulted in August 2026, once delivery is confirmed the buyer has 48 hours to check the product. If they mark “Todo OK” earlier or the period ends without a claim, the amount goes to the wallet. Always check the current flow in your transaction.

What happens if a buyer creates a bundle with several of my products?

Check that they are all still available and that the weights in the listings are correct. Wallapop states that the compatible items in a bundle travel together in a single parcel and that not all categories or modes can be included.
