In one sentence

The fee is not a single universal percentage: it depends on the selling mode, price band, plan and services. Always keep sold price, platform cost, IVA, logistics and net amount separate.

Cost map: what can appear in a transaction

Separating each layer stops a small percentage from hiding the real cost.

The cost of selling on todocoleccion is not well summed up by a phrase like “it charges X%”. The platform currently has two main modes for sellers: A comisión (commission-based) and Tienda (shop). On top of these there may be IVA on fees, promotional services, logistics and the seller’s own decisions.

The useful formula is: sold price − platform costs − your own logistics costs − other services = net amount before personal/business taxes. The seller’s tax position should not be invented inside a marketplace fee guide; it belongs to their real tax situation and the applicable rules.

Pago tc needs a separate column. Its current 5% Garantía (guarantee) is a cost for the buyer, not a general seller fee. Lumping it into a single subtraction would produce an incorrect estimate of the net amount.

B

A comisión mode: current bands

Reviewed on 25/08/2026; the percentages must be checked again before going into production.

The official fees page currently publishes a variable fee based on the price of the lot sold: 8,75% up to 300 €, 7% from 301 to 500 €, 5,5% from 501 to 1.000 € and 4,5% above 1.000 €. The stated minimum fee is 0,01 € and IVA is not included.

This means you should not apply 4,5% to every sale just because the page advertises “from 4,5%”. The correct band depends on the sold price. To estimate the net amount, first identify the band and then add the IVA treatment on the fee as appropriate.

The platform also states a one-off seller registration fee of 0,01 €. This is an operational detail, not a per-lot cost. If an invitation or another current condition changes registration, the official help at the time takes precedence.

Price of lot soldPublished variable feeNote
Up to 300 €8,75%IVA not included
301–500 €7%IVA not included
501–1.000 €5,5%IVA not included
Over 1.000 €4,5%IVA not included
C

Tienda: monthly fee and percentage per sale

The structure combines a fixed and a variable part; you cannot compare it with A comisión by looking at a percentage alone.

The official fees currently show 65 € per month for Tienda, with a fee of 5,5% on sales and 3% when Pago tc is used under the condition published by the platform. The same page lists associated benefits and vouchers. Whether it makes economic sense depends on your real volume, not just on a percentage being lower.

Tienda Pro and Tienda Platinum are still shown with their historical/operational amounts and fees for existing accounts, but the current page explicitly states that no new sign-ups are accepted for those modes. A guide for new sellers should not present them as plans available to sign up for.

To compare A comisión and Tienda, use several monthly scenarios: few sales, medium volume and high volume. Include the fixed fee, the commission and the services you would actually use. The cheapest mode for a one-off sale may not be the same for a recurring professional catalogue.

Barguvo can structure price, costs and net amount without collecting payments or managing the sale.

The decision is explained; Barguvo does not carry out actions within todocoleccion.

D

Pago tc: 5% paid by the buyer, not a hidden seller fee

The scope and the calculation base must be explicit.

The current Pago tc terms describe the service as voluntary for buyers and sellers. For the seller it is free as a payment collection service; for the buyer, the Garantía Pago tc currently costs 5% of the total transaction amount, including handling and shipping.

If a lot costs 100 € and shipping/handling adds 10 €, the base for the 5% is not 100 € but 110 €, according to the published rule. This example helps explain the base, but it does not replace the amount the platform shows in a real transaction.

For a Tienda, the fees page mentions a 3% fee “con Pago tc” (with Pago tc). That percentage belongs to the Tienda structure and should not be confused with the 5% Garantía the buyer pays for using Pago tc. They are different concepts, with different payers and bases.

E

Transparent net amount examples

The examples are mathematical, not real offers or invoices.

Example A: a lot sold for 200 € in A comisión mode falls, under the fee published today, into the 8,75% band. The base fee would be 17,50 € before IVA on the fee. The marketplace net amount before other costs would be 182,50 € minus the IVA applicable to that fee and any additional service.

Example B: a lot sold for 700 € falls into the published 5,5% band, equivalent to 38,50 € before IVA. It would not be correct to split the price into marginal bands as with a progressive tax if the official fee schedule defines the fee according to the price of the lot; the guide must follow the specific way the platform describes the calculation.

Example C: for a Tienda, looking at one sale is not enough. The 65 € monthly fee must be spread across the monthly analysis, not arbitrarily assigned in full to a single lot unless that really is the only income for the period. That is why Barguvo can show “transaction net amount” and “monthly cost of the mode” separately.

Additional services and logistics

A correct fee can still give a wrong net amount if other costs are missing.

Todocoleccion states that there are additional services to promote lots and that they are invoiced separately. If you use featured listings, mailings, vouchers or other tools, the profitability calculation must include only the services you have actually purchased, not a theoretical list of everything available.

Envíos tc is likewise a separate service. The logistics cost depends on weight, destination, carrier and the current terms. It should not be lumped into the fee unless the aim is to calculate the total cost of the transaction and it is clearly labelled.

Packaging costs are also an economic cost even if they do not appear as a “platform fee”. Box, protection, additional insurance and preparation time can be significant for fragile or high-value items. Barguvo must let you see them as your own assumptions, not attribute them to todocoleccion.

G

Asking price, sold price and net amount are three different numbers

The fees page does not decide what the item is worth.

The asking price is a proposal. The sold price is the one at which the transaction finally closes. The net amount is what remains after the relevant costs. To value a piece, consult market evidence —for example Orientaprecios— and then apply the fees to the sale scenario, not the other way round.

A seller can artificially raise the asking price to “absorb” costs, but that does not mean the market will accept the new amount. The decision needs to balance sold comparables, condition, demand, expected time and costs. A net amount formula does not replace a valuation.

If the sale ends through an offer or another mechanism that reduces the final amount, the fee must be calculated on the base that the current fees define for the completed sale, not on the original listing price.

Freshness: which figures are subject to change

Fees are P0 and are revalidated on the same day as implementation/publication.

This guide was revalidated on 25/08/2026. On that date, A comisión keeps the four bands shown, Tienda is listed at 65 €/month and Pro/Platinum do not accept new sign-ups. Any of these elements may change without the structure of the guide changing.

When the official source disagrees with an old screenshot or article, the current official information specific to the service takes precedence. If a figure cannot be confirmed, it is removed from the HTML or written without a number until evidence is recovered. It is never kept just for historical continuity.

The visible date is part of the information. “Tienda costs 65 €” without a date looks permanent; “fee published and reviewed on 25/08/2026” makes it clear that the user must confirm the situation for their account and the time.

Common calculation mistakes

Most come from mixing up bases, payers or periods.

Mistake 1: applying 4,5% to all sales because it is the advertised minimum. Mistake 2: deducting Pago tc’s 5% from the seller as if it were their ordinary fee. Mistake 3: forgetting that the published fees state IVA is not included. Mistake 4: comparing A comisión with Tienda without adding the monthly fee.

Another mistake is using the listed price instead of the sold price. If a lot is listed at 500 € but sells for a different amount, profitability must be reconstructed with the figure that actually corresponds to the sale. And if there is no sale yet, any net amount is a scenario, not a result.

Also avoid rounding that hides the impact on cheap lots. A small difference in percentage can be significant when combined with shipping, packaging and other services. Keep the itemised calculation so you can spot which assumption changed.

J

How to choose a mode without turning the guide into tax advice

Compare cost and operational needs; personal taxation is out of scope.

The right mode depends on volume, frequency, the tools you need and total cost. For an occasional sale, the monthly fee of a Tienda may make little sense; for a professional catalogue, the tools and fee structure can change the comparison. That is a financial decision, not a universal recommendation.

Barguvo can show scenarios, an approximate break-even point and sensitivity to price/volume, always with revalidated data. It must not decide whether a person should act as a professional for tax purposes or calculate individual tax obligations without adequate information and legal sources.

The final action is to confirm the fee that applies to your account on todocoleccion and list there. This HTML is a non-indexable standalone reference and will need a new review before becoming a production page.
