In one sentence

Todocoleccion integrates logistics through Envíos tc, but the transport is provided by a third party. Define weight, destination, tracking and packaging before closing the order.

A

Who does what in shipping

Integrating a label does not make todocoleccion the carrier.

The terms of service explain that Envíos tc lets sellers book courier services in an integrated way, with rates and carriers, but the transport is provided by a third party. Todocoleccion makes clear that it does not carry out, and is not directly responsible for, the physical shipping of lots.

The seller still prepares the parcel, states the conditions and manages the specific transaction. The carrier moves the parcel under its contract. The buyer receives it and, where applicable, confirms or reports a problem. Being clear about these roles avoids directing a claim at the wrong party.

Barguvo should not promise “shipping protected by todocoleccion” in a generic way. It should identify the service used, the specific coverage and the evidence available.

B

Envíos tc versus other carriers

The logistics route can change Pago tc deadlines and traceability.

The seller can use Envíos tc where available or manage other methods according to the platform and its terms. In the Importamatic documentation, for example, “Envíos tc” and “Otros” (Others) are explicitly distinguished, which confirms that there is no single mandatory route for every transaction.

With Pago tc, the shipping method matters because the release and dispute conditions distinguish integrated shipping from non-integrated carriers. The claims guide holds the specific deadlines; what matters here is recording which route was used and when delivery is recorded.

Do not freeze a list of carriers or a price table in an evergreen guide. That data changes with contract, weight, destination and availability. The specific data shown by the official flow of the transaction takes precedence.

Envíos tc

Logistics integration for sellers. Third-party carrier, integrated tracking where applicable and its own conditions.

Another carrier

The seller manages external logistics; keep the tracking and check the Pago tc deadlines that apply.

C

Pago tc and registered shipping

If you use Pago tc, check the shipping requirements before collecting payment.

Current todocoleccion documentation states that for the Pago tc option shipping must be registered (certificado) in the published context. Do not assume that ordinary post without tracking offers the same traceability or the same release conditions.

Tracking does not on its own prove the contents of the parcel, but it does help establish milestones: acceptance, transit, delivery attempt and delivery. Combine it with evidence of condition and packaging when the value or fragility justifies it.

If the seller proposes switching to a method without tracking after payment, assess whether that change contradicts the agreed flow or the terms of service. Material changes should be documented before shipping.

Barguvo can create a packaging and evidence checklist without booking the transport.

The decision is explained; Barguvo does not carry out actions within todocoleccion.

D

Weight, dimensions and cost: measure before publishing

A wrong estimate can turn a profitable sale into a problematic transaction.

Weigh the parcel with the intended final packaging, not just the object. For fragile items, the box and protection can add significant volume and weight. Todocoleccion’s bulk tools documentation uses weight bands for Envíos tc, which reinforces the need to declare the parcel accurately.

Do not publish a fixed international rate without knowing the destination and conditions. If the cost is agreed afterwards, explain that. If it is shown in advance, check that it matches the real weight and the delivery zone.

Handling charges should be transparent. Special materials can justify a cost, but they should not be used to hide margin or to offset a platform fee in an opaque way.

E

Packaging according to fragility and value

Protect the piece without altering its condition or erasing earlier evidence.

Photograph the object before packing when there is a reasonable risk of a later dispute. Then use suitable protection: separating pieces, filling that prevents movement, reinforced corners, a moisture-proof sleeve or a double box when the nature of the object requires it.

Do not use tapes, adhesives or materials that could damage collectible surfaces. With paper, books, stamps, photographs or textiles, the packaging material can directly affect condition. With glass, ceramics or electronics, cushioning space and immobilisation are critical.

A continuous packing video can provide context, but it is neither a universal requirement nor conclusive proof. Prioritise brief, clear evidence: prior condition, serial number if there is one, protection and sealing of the parcel.

F

Combining lots and shipping costs

Only promise it if the seller actually allows it and the logistics can handle it.

In collecting, it is common for a buyer to purchase several lots. If the seller allows them to be combined, confirm the new weight, packaging and cost before payment or shipping. Do not automatically add up the costs of each lot if the actual shipment is grouped, and do not promise a reduction if the seller does not offer one.

Combining can also raise the total value of the parcel and change the need for insurance or the carrier’s coverage limit. A parcel with five pieces is not simply “the same shipment with more things”.

Barguvo can detect that several orders share a seller and suggest checking whether to combine them, but the decision and the change to the order must be made in the todocoleccion flow.

G

Tracking, delivery and minimum evidence

Record actual dates, not just estimates.

Keep the tracking code and the acceptance date where relevant. Distinguish “estimated delivery date” from “date recorded as delivered”. With Pago tc, the latter can start relevant windows, so mixing up the two dates would be a serious mistake.

If the carrier’s status seems wrong, document the discrepancy and get in touch through the appropriate channels. A “delivered” mark does not automatically settle a claim of non-receipt; nor does a delay prove definitive loss.

Avoid storing full addresses in auxiliary tools if they are not needed for the analysis. Barguvo needs status and timeline, not a copy of the personal data on the label.

H

Damage or non-conforming contents: switch to RETURNS immediately

Time starts to matter once the parcel is recorded as delivered.

The current Pago tc conditions give 48 hours from delivery to open a dispute when the order received does not match or has been damaged. That figure lives in the returns guide, but SHIPPING must warn that keeping the packaging and evidence from the very first moment can be decisive.

Photograph external damage to the parcel before discarding it, plus the inside, the protection and the item. Do not handle or immediately repair a piece if doing so could erase evidence of the condition in which it was received.

If Pago tc was not used, do not present the same procedure as if todocoleccion were going to mediate. Identify the relationship with the seller and the carrier and the rights that apply.

I

Carriers and rates: data deliberately not frozen

The guide explains stable decisions and refers the exact price to the current flow.

The availability of carriers, rates, zones and coverage can change. That is why R68 does not publish a price table or courier names as a permanent contract. The official Envíos tc page and the order interface are the operational sources for the actual amount.

The stable principle is to measure accurately, choose tracking in line with the risk, document condition and know which service is being used. Those steps remain useful even if the integrated carrier changes tomorrow.

J

Parcel dispatch checklist

A well-prepared shipment makes it possible to reconstruct what was sent, how and when.

Before closing the box: correct identity, pieces included, condition documented, accessories separated and protected. Before handing it to the carrier: correct weight and label, address handled in the corresponding flow, suitable service and tracking where applicable.

After acceptance: keep the receipt and tracking, report through the platform channel when necessary and do not declare “delivered” until there is evidence of the actual milestone. If a problem arises, switch guides and prioritise deadlines.

Barguvo can generate this checklist and flag missing fields, but it does not buy labels, book couriers or change order statuses on todocoleccion.

When the object is especially delicate, it helps to separate three risks: damage from movement inside the box, damage from compression or external impact, and damage from moisture or environmental changes. Each risk requires a different response, and more material does not always mean better packaging. Protection that is too rigid can press on fragile surfaces; loose filling can allow shifting. The checklist should describe the purpose of each layer and not just say “use bubble wrap”. For collectibles, this precision matters because small damage to a corner, spine, original box or surface can reduce the value of the object disproportionately.

Before handing over the parcel, also run a consistency check between the order and the label: lot name, number of units, destination and service booked. It is a simple check, but it prevents well-packed logistics from failing because the right item was sent to the wrong order. If you manage several sales at once, identify each box internally without exposing unnecessary personal data in photos or auxiliary notes.

FAQ

Is todocoleccion the carrier?

No. Its terms describe Envíos tc as an integration for booking third-party courier services.

Does Pago tc require registered shipping?

Current documentation requires it in the Pago tc context; confirm the requirement for your transaction.

Can I use another carrier?

The platform provides for different routes, but you should check how this affects tracking and the Pago tc deadlines.

Should I always film the packing?

No. It can provide context, but it is not universal proof. Prioritise evidence proportional to the risk.

What do I do if it arrives broken?

Keep the packaging/evidence and check the claims guide immediately; Pago tc has specific deadlines.

Does Barguvo book the shipping?

No. It only prepares the decision and the checklist; logistics are managed outside Barguvo.

Operational information revalidated on 25/08/2026. Rates, deadlines, services, carriers and conditions are dynamic; todocoleccion’s help, terms and specific flow take precedence.
